Distribution
We brew our beers using only the four traditional ingredients; water, malt, yeast, and hops, a recipe perfected by the oldest brewing traditions in the world. We produce small-batch craft beers that are always fresh and unfiltered, served directly from our tanks at the brewpub or in a can.

A Historic Move: ABC & Cerveceria Pantera
In 2022, we made a bold move to expand our vision. We partnered with Luis Escobar, recognized as Guatemala's top brewer, and acquired the capacity we needed by adding Cerveceria Pantera to the ABC family. This partnership brought together the best of both worlds, uniting our passion for incredible craft beer and unique experiences with his award-winning expertise. This acquisition has allowed us to craft many of Guatemala's best beers and become a leading force in the region.
Building Antigua's Premier Brewpub
In 2017, we took our vision to new heights... literally. We installed our first three-vessel brewhouse, opened the restaurant, then built our stage and terrace, creating Antigua’s first brewpub and most famous rooftop. Our space quickly became the heart of the city's craft beer community, we had built Antigua's first live music venue and became famous for DJ sessions overlooking the 360° views of the iconic Santa Catalina Arch, historic colonial streets, and the majestic volcanoes of Fuego, Acatenango, and Agua.

Our Story Began...
Long before we opened our doors in 2015, Antigua Brewing Co. was already an integral part of Guatemala’s emerging craft beer scene. Back then we were brewing beers in "5-gallon piglets", pouring pints and spinning vinyl records in the back-room that now houses the legendary speakeasy "Ulew". Our vision was simple: introduce Antigua to the true experience of artisanal beer by building more than just another bar, but by creating Antigua's first brewpub. ABC is proud to have helped start the craft beer movement in Guatemala.

From Antigua's Rooftops to the Entire Country
Today, our lineup of ABC Originals and Pantera Classics has expanded far beyond our brewpub. We have perfected our recipes and launched our beers in cans, allowing us to bring the taste of Antigua's original craft beer to select bars, restaurants, and retail stores across Guatemala.
We are incredibly proud to be Antigua's original brewery, to support our community, staff and local artists, and to now offer our beers nationwide... and we’re just getting started. With the help of Luis, we are winning awards and we're dedicated to bringing Guatemala's best beer to your doorstep.
